Female-run professional builders in Kent

Mrs Homeforce was established more than 12 years’ ago by experience tradeswomen Tina, to fill a gap in an otherwise male-dominated industry. Tina learnt all her skills from her Father, an excellent builder. Now, Tina has a team of qualified builders of her own who she coordinates to work on building and decorating projects of all shapes and sizes.

We provide both residential and commercial building, painting and decorating services throughout Kent and the surrounding counties, including Surrey and Sussex.

Mrs Homeforce is a Federation of Master Builders (FMB)-approved builders, so you can rest assured that your home or commercial premises are in the right hands from start to finish.

Extend or renovate with our building services

At Mrs Homeforce, we offer a variety of building services to meet most budgets.

If you crave a more spacious home or require a commercial extension, look no further. Our team of certified builders have extensive experience adding one and two-storey extensions to all types of property. Our portfolio even includes attached properties, where proximity when extending can be troublesome.

But that’s not all – we also offer renovation services.

Whether you’ve purchased a property that you need to overhaul so that it can be lived in, or used as a commercial base, we can help. We also have experience refreshing properties that have aged and looking worse for wear, including those that require both cosmetic and structural changes.

A new look, a new life: Residential painting and decorating

You’d be surprised how something as simple as a new lick of paint throughout your property can transform how you and others perceive it.

Many homeowners rush to sell their property instead of renovating, but coordinating the right decoration can make all the difference and save you thousands in fees, plus heaps of time.

At Mrs Homeforce, we not only provide painting services but all aspects of decoration. Need a new kitchen? We can help. Time to transform your family bathroom? Not a problem. Want to replace your old carpet with a beautiful hardwood floor? Let’s do it!

Whatever you need to give your home a new lease of life, our team are on hand. Better still, our services are competitively priced, and we’ll provide you with advice and insight throughout, to enable you to make the right decisions about the future of your property whatever its state.

Keep your customers happy: Commercial decorating services

For us, commercial property is where it all started. We have an extensive portfolio of commercial projects, including offices, retail shops, hotels, restaurants, schools and hospitals. We even work with many of our clients on an ongoing basis, to ensure properties are well-maintained, especially in busy areas that require annual repainting, for example.

Employee and customer wellbeing is underpinned by the environment they’re in, and you can help to make sure it’s as positive it can be with your premises. We can work with you to advise on what you can do to create an open, inclusive space that attracts attention, all with the premium finish that comes from an FMB-approved builder like us.

To discuss your commercial decorating needs, contact us and book a no-obligation, face-to-face consultation.

Feel good on the outside: Exterior painting

Many property owners forget about how their building looks on the outside, but it matters more than you’d like to think. That’s why we offer exterior painting services.

By overhauling your property’s exterior, you put your best foot forward and ensure your visitors, or customers, see your best side from the very start.

If you’re a commercial property owner, having an attractive frontage could even entice customers into your property. And as a homeowner, it could add value. Contact us to find out more.
